Ashley M. Myers, Esq.

The first and only woman in Northeast Florida to achieve the honor of Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Ashley Myers has been board certified as a specialist in marital and family law by The Florida Bar since 2003. Her high standards of legal excellence have led to her recognition as a  Top Rated Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters since 2013,  the nation’s top 1% by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, and an Elite Lawyer by Elite Lawyer, LLC.

In addition to specializing in divorce, parenting and timesharing issues (previously referred to custody and visitation), relocation of minor children, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, paternity, modification and enforcement of prior decrees, she frequently provides continuing legal education to her colleagues by lecturing on topics related to family law, including legislation, parenting coordination, alimony, child support, modifications, flaws in the law and trends in the law.

Ms. Myers is the current President-Elect of the Florida Family Law Inn of Court for a two-year term, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, past immediate past Co-Vice Chair and current member of the Rules of Judicial Administration Committee of The Florida Bar, past Chair of the Family Law Rules Committee of The Florida Bar and past Chair of The Jacksonville Bar Family Law Committee.

Ashley Myers has been recognized by her peers and the legal community for professionalism.  She received the Barry Sinoff Professionalism Award in 2016, the Rudy Hernandez Professionalism Award in 2017 and, in 2018, was recognized by the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar for her contributions to the revised, “Bounds of Advocacy,” an aspirational professional handbook intended as a resource for all family law practitioners in the State of Florida.

Ashley was born and raised in Jacksonville. Upon graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 1995, Ashley practiced in Tampa for many years before returning to her hometown, quickly becoming an active and engaged member of Jacksonville's legal and civic communities. In her spare time, Ashley prefers to be outside, spending time with her family and friends, running, dancing, reading and enjoying her menagerie of animals.

Autumn Lee Graham, Esq.

Autumn Lee Graham is an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia. Mrs. Graham attended law school at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center where she received a Juris Doctorate and a diploma in Comparative Law for her studies in the areas of both civil law and common law. While in law school Mrs. Graham was a member of the Public Interest Law Society, multiple mock trial teams, and served as an advocate for criminally charged minors with pending felonies in the Juvenile Justice Clinic. Prior to law school, Mrs. Graham earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Central Florida. While attending the University of Central Florida Mrs. Graham received the honor of induction into Alpha Kappa Delta, the International Sociology Honor Society. Mrs. Graham currently lives in Jacksonville, Florida, and remains active in the community. Mrs. Graham is a member of the Florida Family Law American Inns of Court, mentors with the Brothers & Big Sisters organization, serves on the board of the Family Nurturing Center of Florida, and is the prior co-chair of the Jacksonville Bar Association Family Law section.
